Data Protection Act (DPA) and Market Research Society (MRS):
We are registered with the DPA for the purpose of handling personal data responsibly. Our clients, upon working with us also acknowledge they are aware of their DPA duties and adhere to them accordingly.
Brand Research does not keep any material (such as recruitment screeners or respondent profiles) containing the personal information on the respondents that we have recruited for a period any greater than 6 months unless otherwise agreed. Due to the conditions of the MRS Code of Conduct an extension on the length of time personal information can be stored for must be agreed on commission and cannot be implemented later once a project is underway.
Brand Research adheres to the Code of Conduct of the Market Research Society. In commissioning us to work on their behalf the client must be familiar with the MRS code and fully adhere to it.

Respondent details remain the property of Brand Research. Respondents should not be approached directly by the client without prior consent of Brand Research.
